Illogicity is a blog devoted to observing the world and the people in it with both criticism and wonder.

The author is a science teacher in Western Australia with a focus on Physics and Chemistry. Philosophically he is a theist and practises Protestant Evangelical Christianity as a religion. He accepts scientific facts as evidence placed by a god and therefore irrefutable. In terms of Australian political ideals he maintains a relatively central perspective with tendencies to socialism.

The author grew up with a father that was an Anglican pastor and a mother that was a Physiotherapist. He also has one brother. His parents encouraged a diversity of knowledge and discovery of both religion and science, leading to a firm grasp in both the spiritual and natural nature of the world. He is married and has two children.

His hobbies include science, writing and gaming.
